Shipping & Pickup Policy
Processing Time
All sensory bins are made in small batches and assembled by hand. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
During high-demand periods or around holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up or has shipped.
Local Pickup (Free)
Free local pickup is available in St. Margarets Bay/Upper Tantallon area. Pickup instructions will be provided by email once your order is ready.
Shipping Rates (Canada-Wide)
Shipping is available across Canada for a flat rate of $12, or free on orders over $125. Shipping times vary by location but typically range from 3-10 business days.
Shipping Rates (US)
Shipping is available to the United States for a flat rate of $20 USD, or free on orders over $150 USD with no hidden fees or surprise duties upon delivery. All customs and import processes have been handled in advance to ensure a smooth delivery experience. Orders ship with tracking, and delivery times range from 5-10 business days depending on location.
Shipping Rates (International)
International shipping is now available to select countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.
Please note that international orders may be subject to custom fees, import duties, taxes, tariffs, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Issues or Missing Items

Returns
Due to the handmade nature of sensory bins and the use of loose parts, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If there's an issue with your order, please reach out and I'll do my best to make it right.
